Striker are back and they have just unleashed the 2nd single from their upcoming album “Ultra Power.” As they are not connected to a record label and are going at things fully independent, the band have launched a Kickstarter campaign to get the new album completed! What is ULTRAPOWER?

ULTRAPOWER is our 7th full length album, and our 4th independent release. Yes, the boys are independent! Back in 2016, after early run-ins with record labels, we decided to quit playing games and put the blood sweat and tears in ourselves and become an independent band. 

Luckily, that hard work has paid off. After 3 successful self released albums, countless tours and festival appearances we are back with a fresh slab of heavy metal.

ULTRAPOWER will be released January 19th 2024!

Yeah but why is ULTRAPOWER different?

After 3 self produced albums we decided it was time to try something new. Talking NEW NEW. Like, why not go record with a deathcore producer? 

Yeah but who? 

Why Josh Schroeder of course.

“Isn’t that the guy who did Lorna Shore? Why would you go to him, isn’t that too heavy for you guys?” you say.

Why Kickstarter?

Recording with a producer like Josh is a big deal. We spared no expense. We spent 5 weeks living in an Air BnB working on the record 6 days a week. It was awesome. 

But it all adds up and we need your help to launch this bad boy.  Your support will help us recoup what we have spent to record the album along with physical production, marketing and artwork.

In the past we have run everything through our own pre-order campaign but this time we felt like Kickstarter was the right choice because without the support of our fans we wouldn’t be able to do any of this!

Why $20,000?

$20,000 is just the minimum for us to get started on ordering the physical goods for the Kickstarter rewards and to help us take the next steps to launch the album. 

The full cost breakdown of recording the album goes well beyond that but we fronted the bill and, instead of signing our life away to a record label, we would rather give the power to our fans in helping us get this record out as an independent band! 

TIMELINE & SHIPPING

All physical goods will be shipped by January 10th 2024.

All digital goods besides the album (Cameos, Shout outs, Shotgun Videos) will be sent out by Nov 30st, 2023.
