What’s up metal maniacs! My name is Kristian Torstein. I was born and raised in the Czech republic, the cradle of a handful of infamous heavy metal festivals such as Brutal Assault or Obscene Extreme. Heavy metal has been a huge passion of mine since my early teens, only growing stronger (and more obscure) with time.

I live and breathe music, whether it’s playing in my band, or just immersing myself in it. My top picks in the genre would definitely feature Manilla Road, Vulture, Amethyst, Diamond Head, Randy or Jag Panzer. And many more across the extremely broad spectrum of metal. I’m always trying to do my best to keep the scene alive and breathing, whether that’s through shows, collaborations, or supporting other artists.
