Savage Master has become a cornerstone of the modern occult heavy metal scene since their formation in 2013. Founded by guitarist Adam Neal and powerhouse vocalist Stacey Savage, the band has fused their passion for heavy metal and horror into a thrilling and unforgettable sound. Over their first six years, they carved a formidable legacy with two cult-classic albums, an EP, a single, and their renowned high-energy live performances. Their relentless touring and festival appearances earned them a fierce reputation, but it was 2019’s Myth, Magic and Steel and 2022’s Those Who Hunt at Night—both released through Shadow Kingdom—that cemented their status as leaders of true heavy metal. Their distinct sound and commanding stage presence created an otherworldly experience that captivated fans worldwide.
Now, after an intense period of touring, Savage Master is back with what may be their magnum opus. Aptly named Dark & Dangerous, the album continues the band’s evolution while embracing the raw energy of classic ’80s heavy metal. Drawing inspiration from the moody dynamics of Judas Priest’s Point of Entry and the dramatic power of Jag Panzer’s Ample Destruction, this record elevates Savage Master’s signature style to new heights.
