Portuguese heavy metal force Toxikull has just wrapped up the recording sessions for their highly anticipated third full-length album. The band teamed up with renowned producer Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Moonspell, Primordial, Behemoth and many more), tracking the album at Arda Recorders in Porto, Portugal.

The entire album was tracked in a grueling seven-day session, a demanding process that truly put the band to the test. True to Arellano’s signature style, the recording was done primarily using analog methods, aiming for a powerful and organic sound.

“It was an incredible experience,” the band states. “Working with Gomez pushed us to our limits. This old-school approach brought us closer to how records were made in the classic days, you have to be a great musician to deliver under pressure and nail it almost on the first take. This album isn’t just a collection of songs; it’s the raw capture of a performance.
