Tailgunner have officially signed with Napalm Records, joining forces with one of the world’s leading independent metal labels. The British band, known for their full-throttle commitment to traditional heavy metal, will release their second album under the Napalm banner with legendary guitarist KK Downing in the producer’s chair.
Downing, a founding member of Judas Priest, praised the band’s energy and lineage.
“Tailgunner is a band we should have seen emerge years ago from the UK,” said Downing. “They personify everything that is heavy metal. They are loud and proud, and totally descended from everyone in metal that has gone before. Tailgunner have spent the past three years building momentum through relentless touring and a debut release that turned heads across the underground. With Napalm Records now backing their next chapter, the band are ready to take their sound worldwide.
