We learnt the sad news today that Crystal Viper have called it a day! For many this will come as a shock but It will also stand as a time to celebrate all the wonderful music they gave the world! So let us raise a beer to the band and wish them all the best on their future endeavours!

About Crystal Viper

Crystal Viper was a heavy metal band from Katowice, Poland, active between 2006 and 2025. Founded by vocalist and guitarist Marta Gabriel, they fused classic heavy and power metal with lyrical themes drawn from fantasy, horror and Lovecraftian lore. Their discography includes nine studio albums, several singles and live releases, with early material rooted in tribute recordings and underground compilations. The band gained a loyal following through consistent touring across Europe and collaborations with cult figures from the metal scene. Known for concept-driven albums and a strong DIY ethos, Crystal Viper maintained a stable core lineup while adapting to changes in personnel and production. Their final studio release, The Silver Key, was followed by the live album The Live Quest, recorded across multiple countries and issued shortly before their split in August 2025.
