Calgary’s high-voltage rockers LOVER are bringing their no-compromise sound to Armstrong Metal Fest, July 11–12th, set against the wild beauty of BC’s Okanagan Valley. Known for delivering high-intensity, no-filler rock, LOVER promises to light up one of Canada’s loudest mountain moshpits.

They’re hitting the stage in support of their upcoming EP Fatal Attraction, out June 20, 2025, on limited-edition cassette. The two-track release delivers a fierce hit of adrenaline-charged rock ‘n’ roll.

The title track channels the chaos of lust and addiction with blistering riffs and frantic energy, while “Bad Love” delivers a true tale of heartbreak and mental unraveling, complete with aggressive guitars and gritty emotion.

“These songs are straight from the heart—real love, real pain, and a lot of volume,” says the band.
