Dying Victims Productions is proud to unveil “Catch the Endless Dawn,” the highly anticipated debut full-length from Italian heavy metal visionaries Temptress. The album will be released on July 25th, 2025, on both CD and vinyl LP formats.
Formed in 2018, Temptress brings together members of Bunker 66, Children of Technology, Gargoyle, and Boia, uniting under a shared devotion to the more melancholic and dreamy fringes of 1980s heavy metal. Drawing inspiration from cult heroes like Proud, Randy, Heavy Load, Gotham City, and the shadowy majesty of Mercyful Fate, the band crafts a sound rich in mood, melody, and emotional depth—what they fittingly refer to as “Dream Metal.”
Following their debut The Orb 7″ in 2019 and their inclusion on Dying Victims Vol. 2: Heavy Metal Attack in 2023, “Catch the Endless Dawn” marks a significant leap forward. With a sound that moves elegantly through shimmering atmospheres and melancholic riffage, the album blends the vintage spirit of classic metal with a subtle, introspective sophistication. Fans of early Rainbow, April Wine, and Blue Öyster Cult’s cult favourite Club Ninja will find much to admire in the band’s nuanced, hypnotic songwriting.
Catch the Endless Dawn will be available in three editions:
- Regular LP Edition: Black vinyl with insert, poster, sticker, postcard, and download code
- Special LP Edition: Ultra clear vinyl with insert, poster, sticker, postcard, download code, and exclusive patch
- CD Edition: Packaged with sticker and obi strip
Featuring cover art by Samuele Scalise and a logo designed by Velio Josto, Catch the Endless Dawn (catalog number DVP 339) promises to be one of 2025’s most immersive heavy metal debuts.
