Wristband Pickup:

Thursday: 6:00–10:00 PM at the ticket counter

Friday: from 10:30 AM

Also available at the Warm-Up Show in Dittigheim: 4:00–10:00 PM

Cashless System

Food and drinks (inside and outside the venue) require the cashless card, reloadable via cash or card

Reload stations located:

• In the container in front of the hall

• At the merch stand inside

• Throughout the hall and at the food court

The sports club next to the football field also now uses the cashless card exclusively

Note: Merch stand, ticket sales, and metal market vendors do not accept the cashless card
