Scotland’s Tantrum is now PYROCLAST!

UK trad metal stalwarts TANTRUM, who were first formed in 2014, have recently announced a name change to PYROCLAST. According to the band, they had worked through 96(!) possible names before narrowing it down to the ultimate winner. The band considered their final release as TANTRUM, “No Place for the Damned”, to be the one where they challenged themselves the most musically and ultimately no longer felt that their original name fit. This writer is inclined to agree with them, as I felt that “No Place for the Damned” really was a giant leap for the band, and I’m happy to support them in their future endeavours.
