As you may know, we have never focused on making a profit. This site was built out of passion and a love for heavy metal. Since its inception, our main goal has always been to celebrate and support bands from around the world. Fortunately, we have connected with and helped many bands by providing a platform for them to be heard—no matter how big or small.

However, since our focus is on the music rather than profit, we still have ongoing costs to cover, such as hosting and our domain. Our site renewal is at the end of March, and while we’ve been fortunate to receive generous donations—covering 70% of our costs for the year so far—we are still short of fully covering them.
