Following the success of their debut EP Stand Up and Be Counted, Obscurus Rex is thrilled to announce that they have been hard at work on their first full-length album,“…et homo factus est.”

Recording took place at Dimons Creative Studios, where the incredibly talented Dimitris Sakkas once again brought his expertise to the project. The process has been an exciting journey, and as of the first week of February, the band has entered the mixing phase. They will be sharing updates as the album progresses, so fans are encouraged to stay tuned for more details.

During the recording sessions, the band experienced a shift in their lineup. They amicably parted ways with guitarist Constantinos Mavroyannis and extend their gratitude for his contributions. Stepping in to fill the role is Giannis Sideris, who has seamlessly integrated into the band with remarkable speed and dedication.

The band couldn’t be more excited about the new material and cannot wait to share it with their audience. They look forward to bringing these songs to life on stage and hitting the road to perform them live.
