High Roller Records is thrilled to unveil the first full-length album from Norway’s MORAX, titled “The Amulet.” This eagerly anticipated release is scheduled to drop on February 21st 2025, across CD, LP, cassette, and digital platforms.

MORAX is the solo project of Remi A. Nygård, known for his work with thrash outfit INCULTER. Taking full creative control, Remi performs all instruments and crafts every song himself. Following up on the 2023 mini-album Rites and Curses, The Amulet delves into a diverse soundscape, fusing elements of 70s rock with thrash metal. The album draws heavy inspiration from legends like Mercyful Fate, King Diamond, early Judas Priest, and the Dio-fronted era of Black Sabbath.

The result is a masterful heavy metal record that ventures into various realms of the genre, maintaining a consistently dark and sinister undertone throughout.
