Happy New Year from everyone at TheNwothm! We hope you had a wonderful festive season and a fantastic start to the new year! First up we want to thank everyone who has shown love and support for the site up and till now. From the fans to the bands and the amazing labels we really appreciate your love for what we do! And of course 2025 is a new chapter…

We are back with a brand new site and we have decided to simplify what we will be focusing on in 2025! Our aim will be to give you the latest nwothm news, reviews, live reviews and interviews moving forward! But of course we want you to get involved! We are on the lookout for bands (nwothm/speed/epic/heavy-doom etc) to interview, music to review and news to promote so if you have a new album coming out, a tour to promote or something else to say get in touch via our email address!

We are already supporting and promoting a number of fantastic labels and we will continue to do so! But of course we are always looking to partner with more so if you own a label that covers heavy metal etc and would like us to promote your roster please get in touch via the contact form!

We are only a small team and so we are always on the lookout for new writers! If you have a passion for heavy metal, can use WordPress and write regularly check out our application page or drop us an email for more info!

And of course you, the fans are a big part of what we do! With out you there would not be a site and so please keep on reading, liking, sharing and commenting on our posts! Every bit of support means a lot and goes a long way! Last year our traffic doubled so thank you so, so much!

Finally we want to thank those of you who have donated to the site since it was started back in 2023. All the funds we raise simply go back into keeping the site running!
