A Journey Through CRIMSON STORM’s Legacy
Formed in 2009 by guitarist and principal songwriter Lögan Heads in his Sardinian hometown, CRIMSON STORM emerged with a mission: to reignite the glory days of 80s Heavy, Power, and Speed Metal. Their name pays homage to Riot’s iconic song, “Sign of the Crimson Storm.”
CRIMSON STORM initially released their debut EP, Motor City Maniac, in 2014, followed by the 2015 Speed Hammerin’ Metal 7” EP. That same year, Lögan relocated to Barcelona, Spain, and restructured the band with a fresh lineup, culminating in the 2019 EP, Outrageous.
After weathering lineup changes and a global hiatus, 2022 marked a triumphant return to the stage. Highlights included opening for Stallion in Murcia, playing at Trveheim Festival (Germany), and performing at the Pyrenean Warriors Open Air (France). Fuelled by these successes, the band began crafting their first full-length record.
Entering a New Era
In 2024, CRIMSON STORM signed with Fighter Records (Spain) to produce and distribute their debut album, Livin’ On the Bad Side, worldwide. Blending fresh material with revamped classics from their early catalog, the album promises a visceral experience, channeling unrelenting energy, 80s-inspired riffs, and a rebel biker spirit.
